Arab Council for Childhood to hold a dialogue session in Cairo

The Arab Council for Childhood and Development will hold here on Saturday a dialogue session on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of its founding, entitled "Enlightenment in a Development March", in the framework of the activities of the 5th Arab Civil Social Forum for Childhood.

The session will be allocated to the discussion and achievement march of the Council through three decades focusing on the supportive and active role of Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, President of the Council, in the noble mission of the Council in the Arab community in order to preserve the objective of its founding initiative.

The Secretary-General of the Council, Dr. Hassan Al-Baylawi, said in a press statement that the dialogue session will address several main themes that deal with the long march in line with the thought of Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, and his intellectual and cultural contributions, material and moral support, and his contribution to empowering the Council to be a specialized institution in the field of childhood rights in the Arab world and a reference to institutions, individuals and families to prepare Arab children capable of participating in the development of the society and dealing with rapid global changes.
