Saudi Press: Qatar's Strange and Unclear Policies
Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.
Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that the observer of Qatar's policy, sometimes, does not know what Qatar exactly wants because of its strange and unclear policies and hostile positions toward other countries. The paper noted that Qatar's manipulation with policies is certainly not consistent with a country like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which has been accustomed throughout its history to working under the light and clear stances.
Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Norway have briefed the members of the United Nations Security Council on the preliminary findings of the investigation into the coordinated attacks on four oil tankers off the port of Fujairah, placing the Security Council in the face of attacks that endangered international commercial shipping and global energy security and threatened world peace and security.
