The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strongly condemned and denounced Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militia's attempts to deliberately and systematically target civilians and civilian objects in Khamis Mushait City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using a bomb-laden UAV, which was intercepted by the Coalition forces.
In a statement issued today, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation confirmed that the continuation of these terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia reflects its blatant challenge to the international community and its disregard for all international laws and norms.
The Ministry urged the international community to take an immediate and decisive stand to stop these repeated acts targeting vital and civilian installations and the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the global energy supplies. It also reiterated that the continuation of these attacks recently is a dangerous escalation and a new evidence of this militia's endeavor to undermine security and stability in the region.
The Ministry renewed the UAE’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding these terrorist attacks, standing in one line with Saudi Arabia against every threat to its security and stability, and supporting it in all measures it takes to preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents.
