Saudi Press: KSA and Its Serving Of Arab and Islamic Issues
Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.
Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia spares no effort for serving and supporting Arab and Islamic issues at all levels.
The paper noted that the issues were reviewed by the Cabinet's statement yesterday have reflected a clear evidence that the Arab and Islamic ones are always topped the concerns of KSA's leadership.
On the Palestinian issue, the paper pointed that the statement affirmed that the Palestinian issue is the central Arab-Islamic issue as KSA firmly stands with the Palestinian people and provides them with all means of support to achieve their legitimate rights to establish their independent state on 1967 borders with Jerusalem (AlQuds) as its capital according to internationally recognized principles and the Arab Peace Initiative.
On the Yemeni crisis, the paper added that the statement stressed that dialogue is the only option to find a way out of such crisis in addition to supporting legitimate government in its efforts to preserve the components of the Yemeni state.
