President of Nazaha: the amendment of the anti-bribery law strengthens anti-corruption efforts
The President of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, Dr. Khaled bin Abdulmohsen Al-Muhaisen, valued the amendment of the Anti-Bribery Law by the Council of Ministers during its session held on Tuesday 01/01/1440 AH.
The President of Nazaha pointed out that this approval comes in continuation of the approach of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques HRH the Crown Prince to preserve and strengthen efforts to fight corruption in all its forms and manifestations. He stressed that the amendment of the anti-bribery law is one of the most important legislative developments, which will enable the commission and other related entities to use their jurisdiction effectively and efficiently to protect the interests of the state, national economy and public utilities from corruption.
On this occasion, Al-Muhaisen expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince for all the unlimited care and support that Nazaha enjoys, which had a great impact on strengthening its jurisdiction, and the achievement of its objectives that it was established at first upon.
