Preparations included providing various essential and support services within the guests’ accommodation facilities, in addition to equipping the sites with directional and welcome signage and interactive smart screens, contributing to easier mobility and enhancing the guests’ spiritual experience during their stay in the holy sites.
The ministry has also mobilized qualified personnel to work around the clock to provide the necessary services and attend to the guests’ needs as part of its efforts to provide a safe and comfortable environment to help them perform their rituals smoothly and with reassurance.
A number of the program’s guests expressed their appreciation for the warm reception and the quality of organization and services provided, praising the Kingdom’s efforts in serving Islam and Muslims and caring for pilgrims during the Hajj season.
