Culture Ministry Signs MoU to Enhance Governance, Performance of Councils and Committees

The Ministry of Culture has signed a memorandum of understanding with Nasdaq Corporate Solutions International to collaborate on governance and enhance the performance of councils and committees. This agreement was signed during the Cultural Investment Conference held by the ministry in Riyadh.

 Spanning five years, the MoU aims to promote cultural and knowledge exchange, create joint opportunities for governance investment, and improve innovation in governance standards for both public and private sector councils within the cultural framework. It also seeks to strengthen cooperation and cultural exchange in areas such as development, training, knowledge transfer, and providing consulting on best governance practices, as well as tailored governance solutions for the cultural sectors in both the public and private sectors.

 This MoU aligns with the Ministry of Culture's commitment to fostering international cultural cooperation and exchange with global entities across various fields. The goal is to develop the cultural sector, enhance its governance, and raise its standards while empowering national talents and training them according to the highest international benchmarks.
