Inaugural Red Sea Yacht Show Announced for October 2027 in Jeddah

Supported by Makkah Region Deputy Governor and Chairman of the National Events Calendar Committee for Jeddah Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Public Investment Fund (PIF) company Sela signed a cooperation agreement with Tahaluf to organize the inaugural Red Sea Yacht Show at the Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina from October 14 to 17, 2027.
 The agreement was signed during the Monaco Yacht Show before an international audience of superyacht owners, private wealth advisors, shipyard executives, brokerage leaders, and naval architects, highlighting Saudi Arabia's commitment to hosting premier international events that elevate Jeddah's profile as a global luxury destination.
 Staged for the first time in the Kingdom, the show is projected to draw around 50 yachts, 150 exhibitors, and more than 10,000 visitors. It will showcase a curated fleet of new and pre-owned superyachts, support vessels, and day cruisers valued at over $3 billion, generating an estimated economic impact of up to $500 million through yacht sales, charters, and luxury tourism.
 Under the agreement, Sela and Tahaluf will manage and promote the event globally, expand commercial opportunities, and attract international maritime leaders. The partnership leverages Sela's major-event delivery track record and Tahaluf's exhibition platform—supported by Informa and BOAT International—connecting Monaco's established market with emerging Red Sea opportunities as Mediterranean fleets transition to winter routes.
 Beyond marina displays, the event will feature curated lifestyle experiences, including exclusive watch and jewelry exhibitions, fine dining, luxury cars, golf, and diving. It also spotlights over $22.4 billion in ongoing Red Sea coastal investments, expanding maritime infrastructure, and the extension of the region's winter cruising season.
