TGA Releases Parcel Delivery Complaint Index for Q4 2025; Sector Exceeds 57 Million Shipments

 The Transport General Authority (TGA) announced today that the parcel delivery sector recorded more than 57 million shipments and postal parcels during the fourth quarter of 2025, reflecting continued growth in parcel delivery services and increased demand for e-commerce and logistics services in the Kingdom.
 In its quarterly statistical bulletin, the authority stated that the performance indicator for parcel delivery companies, which measures the number of complaints escalated to the authority, showed variation among companies during the period. FedEx recorded the highest number of complaints at 25 per 100,000 shipments, followed by UPS with 9 and Aramex with 8.
 GFS recorded 7 complaints per 100,000 shipments, followed by SPL with 6 complaints. SMSA, RedBox, DHL, and Starlinks each recorded 4 complaints, followed by Naqel with 3, J&T also with 3, iMile with 2, and Ajex with 1.
