'Six Kings Slam' Returns to Riyadh Season with World's Top Six Tennis Players

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Al-Sheikh announced the return of the "Six Kings Slam" tournament to Riyadh Season, set to take place from October 15 to 18. The event will feature the world's top six tennis players, according to the current PIF ATP rankings.

The tournament is one of Riyadh Season's most prominent events, returning this year after the remarkable success of its first edition. The inaugural tournament was won by world No. 1 and Australian Open champion Jannik Sinner, who defeated Spain's Carlos Alcaraz — the 2025 Roland Garros winner and holder of five Grand Slam titles — in the final.

Both players have confirmed their participation in the upcoming edition, alongside Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic, who holds the record for the most Grand Slam singles titles with 24. Djokovic finished third in last year's tournament after defeating longtime rival Rafael Nadal in what became their final match before Nadal's retirement announcement.

This year's lineup includes three players making their debut in the tournament: Germany's Alexander Zverev, an Olympic gold medalist at Tokyo 2020 and runner-up in three Grand Slams; and Britain's Jack Draper and American Taylor Fritz, who currently rank fourth and fifth in the world respectively. Their participation is expected to raise the level of competition.
