Two Holy Mosques Authority Announces Readiness of Integrated Operational Plan for Ramadan 1447 AH

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has completed its operational and technical preparations for the holy month of Ramadan 1447 AH through a comprehensive operational plan developed specifically for the season.
 The authority stated that the season’s operational plan is based on a package of qualitative and enrichment projects aimed at enhancing service quality, raising operational efficiency, and achieving the highest standards of safety and reliability at the Two Holy Mosques.
 It noted that the plan takes peak times into account and operates at maximum operational and accommodation capacity through qualified personnel and accumulated expertise, in integration with relevant entities, to achieve the highest quality standards in facility management and operations.
 The authority reaffirmed its commitment to providing the best services to worshippers, in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership to care for the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, enhance service efficiency, and further develop services in line with the increasing numbers of Umrah performers and worshippers, contributing to enriching their spiritual experience during the holy month of Ramadan.
