Madinah Municipality Launches Digital Complaint Portal to Accelerate Beneficiary Feedback

The Madinah Municipality has launched the Digital Complaint service to expedite responses to beneficiary feedback, improve issue processing, and enhance performance efficiency through an accessible electronic platform.

 The service allows users to escalate complaints regarding digital offerings, request the conversion of paper-based procedures to digital formats, and submit suggestions.

 The municipality invited beneficiaries to share their feedback, comments, and recommendations via the official portal at https://my.gov.sa/en/digital-complaint.
