Family Businesses Center Concludes Leadership Programs in Switzerland

The National Center for Family Businesses has concluded two specialized training programs held in Switzerland over one week, with the participation of leaders from family businesses across the Kingdom, as part of its efforts to strengthen leadership capabilities and support the long-term sustainability of family businesses.

 The programs focused on family wealth management and family business management, targeting current and future generations of family business leaders. They aimed to equip participants with knowledge of international best practices in governance and succession planning, while providing a platform for exchanging experiences and learning from global models to support the growth and sustainability of family enterprises.

 CEO of the center Ayth Al Mubarak said the center remains committed to offering diverse educational opportunities for family businesses inside and outside the Kingdom. He highlighted the importance of continuous learning as a key driver of sustainability, growth, and the development of leaders capable of adapting to change and enhancing the sector’s competitiveness.
