General Directorate of Passports: ‘Tawasul’ Service via Absher Enables Beneficiaries to Complete Transactions That Could Not Be Processed Electronically

 The General Directorate of Passports confirmed that the “Tawasul” service, available through the Ministry of Interior’s electronic platform Absher, enables beneficiaries to submit requests to complete transactions that could not be processed electronically without the need to visit passport department offices.
 It explained that the service can be accessed through the applicant’s Absher account by selecting: My Services → Services → Choose the Passports Sector → Select Tawasul Service → Submit New Request → Specify the department and sub-service → Complete service requirements → Enter a description of the request in the description box and upload the required attachments → Submit the request.
