Qassim Center Trains Saudi Youth for Date Harvest Season

The Qassim Agricultural Training Center, in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, implemented the second phase of the region's date harvesting training program.

 Launched by the governor of Qassim, the initiative qualifies national cadres to work in the date palm sector using best agricultural practices while empowering Saudi youth with seasonal skills to improve harvest quality and boost market competitiveness. It also supports job localization and regional investment opportunities, attracting over 200 registered participants from Buraidah and nearby governorates, with more than 70 trainees completing the second phase.
