Nusuk App Provides Over 130 Services to Facilitate Pilgrims Journey
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched 30 new services through the Nusuk application to serve pilgrims during the Hajj season 1447 AH, bringing the total number of services in the application to more than 130. This comes as part of digital integration with several relevant entities, contributing to facilitating the pilgrims’ journey and easing access to services and information related to performing rituals and transportation within Makkah and the holy sites.
The new services include the Nusuk AI service, which is one of the most accurate AI tools in Islamic jurisprudence, especially in matters of Hajj and Umrah. It enables pilgrims to ask questions related to Hajj, Umrah, and related services, and receive direct guidance that helps them plan their journey and perform their rituals with greater clarity.
The app also offers the Nusuk Maps service, an interactive map within the holy sites that helps pilgrims identify locations and services, determine their position and campsite, and reach their desired destinations via the most suitable routes.
The services also include the digital Mutawwif service and crowd density monitoring service, which utilize advanced technologies to accurately track Tawaf and Sa’i rounds and distances, along with real-time crowd data and the shortest routes. It also includes pilgrim movement coordination services and schedules to help pilgrims know transport times, routes, and movement plans between Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and the Jamarat.
Among the new services is the Pilgrim Journey service, which offers educational and enrichment content in visual, audio, and written formats in various languages. It also includes the Sacrificial Offerings service, which enables pilgrims and beneficiaries to directly request and purchase sacrifices through the Nusuk application, whether Udhiyah, Hady, charity, Fidyah, or Aqeeqah.
Nusuk application serves more than 51 million users worldwide and provides over 130 digital services during this year’s Hajj season, acting as a digital companion for pilgrims throughout all stages of their journey, from planning to the completion of their rituals. This comes as part of the continuous development of the digital Hajj experience, making the application a unified platform for guidance, transportation, care, and support services, and contributing to enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
