MWL Welcomes U.S. President's Announcement of Agreement between Parties to Armed Conflict in Region

Muslim World League (MWL) welcomes the announcement by President Donald Trump of the United States regarding the establishment of a ceasefire agreement between the parties to the armed conflict in the region.
 The MWL expresses its hope that all sides will uphold this agreement in order to spare the region the dangers of continued escalation and the threats posed by ongoing conflict and war.
 The MWL reiterates that true and lasting peace is not achieved through the logic of war, but through the wisdom and choice of dialogue.
