Ministry of Islamic Affairs Distributes Over 194,000 Awareness Publications to Pilgrims

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Makkah Region and the Department of Mosques, Dawah and Guidance in Taif Governorate, distributed 194,680 copies of religious books and publications related to Hajj regulations in several languages, as part of an integrated system of Dawah and guidance services provided to pilgrims through Taif International Airport and the Miqat Qarn Al-Manazil in Al-Sayl Al-Kabeer and Miqat Wadi Muharram in Al-Hada, during the period from the 9th of Dhu Al-Qadah until the 6th of Dhu Al-Hijjah.

 The Ministry distributed 45,405 copies through Taif International Airport, while 149,275 copies were distributed at the Miqats, in an effort to enhance pilgrims’ religious awareness from the moment they arrive in the Kingdom.

 The publications were distributed in several languages, including Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, Urdu, Pashto, Russian, and English, to accommodate the diversity of pilgrims’ nationalities and cultures.
