Virtual Health Services for Pilgrims Offered in Seven Languages around the Clock
The Ministry of Health, through the "Seha Virtual Hospital," has
launched a suite of digital medical consultation services for pilgrims
during the Hajj season 1446 AH, providing easy, round-the-clock
healthcare access from any location in line with the Saudi Vision 2030,
particularly the Health Sector Transformation Program and the Pilgrim
Experience Program.
Pilgrims can access 24-hour consultations via
the unified number 937, the "Sehhaty" application, and the "X" platform.
Services are provided in seven languages—Arabic, English, French,
Turkish, Persian, Urdu, and Indonesian—to ensure effective communication
with pilgrims of diverse nationalities. Consultations are available in
audio, video, or text formats, with the option to upload medical reports
and test results and to receive electronic prescriptions when
necessary.
The "Sehhaty" app also allows pilgrims to register using
their border number, creating a seamless and integrated digital
healthcare experience. Supporting over 300 permanent and temporary
healthcare facilities across Makkah and Madinah, as well as Hajj
campaign headquarters, the Seha Virtual Hospital plays a crucial role in
the "Consult Plus" service. Available in Arabic and English, this
service enhances on-the-ground medical response, accelerates
decision-making, and improves the overall quality of healthcare provided
to pilgrims.
