New KSrelief Camp Offers Relief and Security to Displaced Families in Gaza
Dozens of female-headed households have found shelter and stability at a new camp established by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in the Al-Qarara area, north of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip, as part of Saudi Arabia’s fundraising campaign to aid the Palestinian people.
The camp offers a safe haven for women who have been single-handedly supporting their families under dire humanitarian conditions. Upon arrival, children showed visible relief, finding a measure of stability for the first time in months. This relocation provides essential security, especially after a recent storm destroyed their previous tents, leaving them exposed.
The displaced families expressed deep gratitude for the support, affirming that the assistance provided by the Kingdom has restored their sense of security.
