Madinah Authority Launches Guidance System in Central Area to Serve Pilgrims, Visitors

The Madinah Region Development Authority (MRDA) launched an integrated guidance system in the central area surrounding the Prophet's Mosque that aims to provide a smoother and clearer experience for pilgrims and visitors to the city.

 The system divides the area into neighborhoods bearing their historical names. It implements a precise guidance system covering the entire road network, with a design and organization that places people at the heart of the experience.

 It includes the installation of guidance signs for pedestrians and vehicles on Uhud Avenue and Al-Salam Road and informational signs for historical sites such as Sayyid al-Shuhada Square to enrich the visitor experience and connect them to the spatial and historical dimension.

 These steps come within the framework of MRDA's commitment to improving the quality of services, facilitating visitor movement, and achieving a humane vision that makes the visitor's journey in Madinah more reassuring and clearer.
