King Salman International Award for Arabian Peninsula Studies Honors Third Edition Winners

Special Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah) Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz patronized today the third edition award ceremony of the King Salman International Award for Graduate Studies in the History and Civilization of Arabian Peninsula, organized by the King Salman Center for Studies of the History and Civilization of the Arabian Peninsula at King Saud University.
 General Supervisor of King Salman's Center for Historical and Civilization Studies of Arabian Peninsula at King Saud University and Secretary-General of the award Prince Dr. Naif bin Thunayan bin Mohammed said the award's scientific committee received nominations from 18 universities representing eight countries: Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Türkiye, Morocco, Yemen, Egypt, and the Sultanate of Oman.
 The nominations comprised 56 academic theses, including 26 doctoral theses and 30 master's theses. More than 80 specialized referees from within and outside Saudi Arabia participated in the evaluation process.
 The award aims to encourage research excellence and enrich the scientific library with specialized studies that document the history of the Arabian Peninsula and highlight its civilizational heritage at the regional and international levels.
