Labor Award Initiative Aims to Enhance Saudi Work Environments
The Labor Award is one of the strategic initiatives launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, designed to encourage private sector establishments to strive for excellence and boost competitiveness within the Saudi labor market.
The award has encouraged private sector establishments to adopt best practices in key areas, such as Saudization, workplace enhancement, and skills development, as these efforts have contributed to improving the overall quality of work environments.
Official spokesperson of the ministry Mohammed Al-Rizqi urged all private sector establishments to register before November 14, 2025, and seize the opportunity to strengthen their competitive presence while contributing to the development of the labor market.
The Labor Award is part of a broader, integrated system of initiatives led by the ministry, which has contributed to increasing the number of Saudi men and women employed in the labor market to approximately 2.4 million, in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program.
The ministry reaffirms its ongoing commitment to empowering the private sector to compete, fostering safe and attractive work environments, and advancing the skills of national talent, which are vital to strengthening the national economy.
