Mawani Launches Knowledge and Service Hub

The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) announced the launch of the “Knowledge and Service Hub” to enhance communication with industry partners and clients and provide continuous support and information around the clock. The initiative aims to improve service efficiency and enhance user experience in the ports and logistics sector.

 The center was established in response to the evolving global transport and trade landscape, which requires rapid responses and reliable communication with users. It provides services including handling inquiries and requests, offering information and assistance, following up on feedback, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.

 The Knowledge and Service Hub operates 24/7 through multiple communication channels, including telephone and direct inquiries. This ensures quick responses to user needs and provides essential information to support port and logistics operations.

 Beneficiaries can access services through several channels, including the website (mawani.gov.sa), email (Mawanicare@mawani.gov.sa), live chat on the website, the X platform via the @MawaniKSA account, and the unified contact number (199003).

 The launch reflects Mawani’s commitment to enhancing services for beneficiaries and improving communication with industry partners. It also supports supply-chain continuity and strengthens operational readiness at Saudi ports.

 The initiative forms part of the authority’s efforts to increase the competitiveness of Saudi ports, improve service quality, and contribute to achieving the goals of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.
