Saudi Electricity Company Completes Operational Readiness for Hajj 1446 AH

The Saudi Electricity Company said Sunday it had completed its operational plan for the 1446 AH Hajj season, coinciding with the official declaration of the season’s success.

 The company delivered electric service with high reliability and efficiency under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Energy and the oversight of the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority.

 No power outages occurred in the public network across the holy sites, the company said.

 Mina experienced historic peak loads, with a 4% rise from last year’s Hajj.
