Monsha’at, Estonian ITL Partner to Boost Saudi SMEs’ Digital and Global Growth

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITL) during the Biban Forum 2025, aiming to support the international expansion program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by leveraging Estonian expertise in digital transformation and entrepreneurship.
 The partnership includes designing joint programs for business incubators and accelerators, cooperating in launching innovative competitions and challenges focused on developing technological solutions, and opening new global markets for Saudi SMEs.
