SRCA Madinah Receives over 10,800 Emergency Calls in First 20 Days of Ramadan
Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) in Madinah received 10,861 emergency calls during the first 20 days of Ramadan, as part of its services to visitors and pilgrims at the Prophet’s Mosque and other locations across the city.
SRCA medical teams in Madinah handled 35 heart attack cases, 90 cardiac arrests, and 25 resuscitations, while 13 patients were airlifted to hospitals for treatment.
SRCA affirmed its 24-hour readiness to ensure safety, advising visitors to follow health precautions, drink sufficient fluids after Iftar, and call 997 in case of emergencies.
