Jannik Sinner Crowned Champion of Six Kings Slam 2025 in Riyadh

Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority Turki Alalshikh crowned Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner (World No. 2) as the champion of the Six Kings Slam 2025 after his victory over Spain's Carlos Alcaraz (World No. 1) in Riyadh. The event attracted significant attendance, including Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary, Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) Yasir Al-Rumayyan, and President and CEO of Saudi Aramco Eng. Amin Nasser.

Held at the ANB Arena as part of Riyadh Season, the tournament sold out early and was broadcast live on Netflix to over 300 million subscribers, reinforcing Riyadh's status as a premier destination for major international events.

Sinner received the Golden Racket, crafted from 24-karat gold, after defeating Alcaraz in straight sets (6-2, 6-4). He became the first player to win this tournament twice and to do so without losing a set.

In the third-place playoff, American Taylor Fritz (World No. 4) secured third after winning the first set against Serbia's Novak Djokovic (World No. 5), who withdrew due to physical issues.

This final marked the sixth meeting between Alcaraz and Sinner in 2025, highlighting their emerging rivalry characterized by contrasting styles—Alcaraz's speed versus Sinner's precision. Their matches are now regarded as among the most significant rivalries in tennis, showcasing high-quality tactical challenges.
