King Saud University Launches Individual Career Counseling Series for International Graduates

King Saud University has launched its first series of individual career counseling sessions for multicultural international graduates, as part of the International Students Affairs’ initiative to enhance post-graduation services and deepen the university’s investment in its international student body.

Director of International Students Affairs Aiad Altowair stated that this initiative is the first professional program of its kind aimed at tracking the post-graduation progress of international graduates from King Saud University. The program seeks to measure the real-world impact of the university’s educational experience and to help graduates align their academic qualifications with tangible career opportunities—whether in their home countries or abroad. It also aims to strengthen the university’s image as an institution committed to supporting multicultural students throughout their academic and professional journeys.

Altowair noted that the counseling sessions are built around several core pillars: career planning, identification of key professional skills, development of a personal professional brand, and strategies for overcoming limited job market opportunities.
