King Faisal Center’s Linguistic Studies Journal Ranks in Top Q1 Tier in ARCIF Report 2026

 The Journal of Linguistic Studies, published by King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS), has ranked in the top Q1 tier in Arabic language and literature in the Arab Citation and Impact Factor (ARCIF) 2026 report.

 The journal met all 32 ARCIF accreditation criteria, which are aligned with international standards. It recorded an impact factor of 0.0893 in 2026, placing it in the Q1 tier among 105 journals specializing in Arabic language and literature. The average ARCIF impact factor for the field was 0.082.

 The latest ranking marks a notable improvement from 2024, when the journal recorded an impact factor of 0.0833 and ranked Q3 among 96 journals in the same field, reflecting its steady progress in the ranking in recent years.
