Human Resources Ministry Launches Phase Two of Recognizing Authenticated Employment Contracts as Enforcement Instruments
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the launch of the second phase of recognizing authenticated employment contracts as enforcement instruments, to include fixed-term contracts when they are updated or renewed upon expiration.
This phase targets “fixed-term contracts,” with plans to expand to “indefinite-term contracts” in the third phase, allowing businesses and employees to adapt to the new procedures gradually.
The ministry emphasized the importance of all establishments documenting and updating contracts through their accounts on the Qiwa platform, urging employers and employees to review the guidance manual available on its official website.
