Interior Ministry Implements 17 Specialized Training Programs within Women’s Training Track in Cooperation with Germany

 As part of its annual plan and in cooperation with security agencies in Germany, the Ministry of Interior’s International Partnerships Programs implemented 17 specialized training programs during 2025. The programs were carried out within the women’s training track for the Ministry of Interior’s sectors, as part of ongoing efforts to develop human capabilities.
 The programs, ranging from foundational to advanced levels, aimed to qualify female personnel of the Ministry of Interior in a number of specialized security fields. These included women’s leadership programs, artificial intelligence applications in security work, search and inspection, as well as skills related to crime scene management and evidence preservation, in addition to training in field tactical skills.
 These training programs contribute to raising the level of professional readiness and enhancing the field capabilities of female personnel, positively reflecting on the efficiency of security performance and supporting the achievement of development objectives across the various sectors of the Ministry of Interior.
