Quality of Life Program Center Obtains ISO Certification for Business Continuity Management System

The Quality of Life Program Center has obtained the global ISO 22301 certification for its Business Continuity Management System, which aims to identify potential threats and implement measures to minimize disruption and ensure the continuity of vital functions and services during crises.

The ISO 22301 certification is an international standard that provides a framework for planning, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and improving Business Continuity Management System strategies. The standard aims to ensure the continuity of operations during unexpected events or disasters by identifying potential risks, assessing their impact on business, and developing recovery and response plans.

Director General of Governance, Risk, and Compliance Dr. Abdulrahman bin Salem affirmed that the center’s attainment of the ISO certification comes as part of efforts to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that the administrative system functions during crises. This enables the center to continue its work in line with global best practices.
