Intense Competition Concludes Fourth Round of Aramco 2025 Formula 4 Saudi Arabian Championship
The second and final race of the fourth round of the Aramco 2025 Formula 4 (F4) Saudi Arabian Championship, sanctioned by the International Automobile Federation (FIA), concluded yesterday evening at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit under the supervision of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF).
At the end of the race, Acting CEO of the SAMF Engineer, and CEO of Saudi Motorsports Company Mansour Almokbel crowned Lewis Wherrell, Team Caraagy driver, with the first-place trophy. The winner crossed the finish line 1.617 seconds ahead of British driver Kit Belofsky of Team Bex, who finished second. UAE driver Adam Al-Azhari of Team Valvoline secured third place, 4.257 seconds behind the leader. Belgian driver Thibaut Ramaekers of Team Zahid came in fourth, while Saudi driver Abdullah Kamel of Team Astop delivered an impressive performance to claim fifth place.
The championship comes as part of the SAMF's efforts to support and empower emerging national talents, both drivers and engineers, by providing a competitive environment to sharpen their skills, develop their capabilities, and prepare them for participation in regional and international events. It also reflects the federation’s commitment to positioning the Kingdom as a leading global motorsports destination and to enhancing the presence of Saudi drivers on the international stage, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
With the conclusion of the fourth round, motorsports enthusiasts are now turning their attention to the fifth and final round of the Aramco 2025 Formula 4 (F4) Saudi Arabian Championship, set to take place at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, the world's fastest street circuit, on December 5–6. The season’s champion will be decided during this climactic round, following a series of highly competitive races featuring top Saudi and international talent.
