Red Sea Global Graduates over 1,000 Young Saudi Saudi Leaders in Hospitality and Tourism
Red Sea Global announced in a press release today the graduation of more than 1,000 young Saudi men and women from its comprehensive educational and training programs, developed under the “Red Sea Global Education Framework” — a pioneering national model designed to prepare future leaders in the hospitality, tourism, and regenerative development sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to the release, the framework represents an integrated, scalable model that combines global academic excellence, Saudi cultural identity, and real-world readiness for labor market demands. It offers a two-and-a-half-year educational journey in which students progress from English language foundations to internationally accredited vocational training, followed by hands-on field experience and culminating in guaranteed employment opportunities within the company’s destinations.
Red Sea Global’s Chief Administrative Officer and official spokesperson Ahmed Ghazi Darwish said: "At Red Sea Global, we believe that true transformation begins with people. That is why we designed a comprehensive educational framework that goes beyond conventional training. It equips Saudi youth not only with technical skills but also with purpose, confidence, and a global vision. As we celebrate the graduation of over a thousand students today, we are witnessing not just individual success stories but the rise of a new generation ready to lead national transformation and achieve Saudi Vision 2030 goals."
This framework is founded on strong strategic partnerships with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and several private sector partners, ensuring that its outcomes align with national localization targets and global quality standards.
Director General of HRDF Turki Al-Jawini stated: “Our partnership with Red Sea Global is a prime example of the synergy between the public and private sectors in realizing Vision 2030 objectives. Through investment in Saudi youth via structured training, practical experience, and guaranteed career pathways, we are building the national workforce that will lead the Kingdom’s future."
Moreover, Red Sea Global’s partnerships with international hotel operators and specialized culinary institutions—such as Bunyan Academy—enhance the competitiveness of its graduates in both local and global markets, blending Saudi authenticity with world-class excellence.
Red Sea Global’s Director General of Education and Capability Building Fadi Al-Asiri said: “Our educational framework is not merely an initiative—it is a system redefining the relationship between education, training, and employment in Saudi Arabia. By integrating global academic standards, practical experience, and guaranteed job opportunities, we empower Saudi youth to transition from classrooms to the world stage confidently. Each of our 1,000 graduates represents the future of Saudi hospitality—skilled, inspired, and ready to contribute to a globally competitive, dynamic sector."
Today, the “Red Sea Global Education Framework” serves as a national roadmap for cross-sector collaboration, inviting public and private entities to co-design programs, exchange expertise, and expand this integrated educational model across the Kingdom. Through embedding education within its regenerative development mission, Red Sea Global contributes to building sustainable destinations — and generations capable of sustaining them.
