KSrelief Hands Over Beehives and Honey Production Supplies to Beneficiaries in Yemen
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) handed over beehives and honey production supplies to 20 beneficiaries in Yemen on Thursday, as part of the Sustainable Agriculture and Fisheries Empowerment Program to Enhance Resilience in Yemen.
The program aims to train 73 beekeepers and provide them with beekeeping toolkits, including five beehives and honey production supplies for each beneficiary in the governorates of Socotra, Hadhramaut, and Shabwah.
The initiative comes within the framework of the humanitarian and development efforts carried out by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to develop the skills of beekeepers, enhance their productivity, and support livelihoods in Yemen.
