Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Hajj Program: A Testament to Saudi Arabia's Commitment to Pilgrims

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visitation, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, continues to provide services to pilgrims which reflect the highest levels of hospitality and care.

Qualified teams accompany pilgrims throughout their journey, attending to their specific needs while taking into account their health conditions, languages, and cultural backgrounds. This is managed through 14 specialized committees operating smoothly to serve pilgrims from their arrival until they complete their rituals.

The services offered include comfortable transportation, accommodations near the Holy Mosque, medical care, customized meals, and multilingual interpreters. The program also features accompanying activities such as the Holy Quran Exhibition and a visit to the Kiswa Factory of the Holy Kaaba.

This year, the program hosted 2,443 pilgrims from over 100 countries, offering a complete spiritual experience which reflects the Kingdom's commitment to caring for its guests. It also highlights Saudi Arabia's prominent role in serving Islam and Muslims through a unique model that combines efficiency, organization, and human-centered care.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance is committed to providing the highest quality services to pilgrims, in line with the leadership's directives. The Saudi Vision is to care for pilgrims and facilitate the performance of their rituals in a spiritually enriching environment that embodies the Kingdom's values of warm welcome and dedication in serving those who visit the Two Holy Mosques.
