Madinah Deputy Governor Opens Sixth International Multi-Conference on AI Technology at Taibah University

 Under the patronage of Madinah Region Governor Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Madinah Deputy Governor Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud bin Abdulaziz inaugurated the sixth International Multi-Conference on Artificial Intelligence Technology (MCAIT 2026). The conference is hosted by Taibah University in partnership with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), with the participation of researchers, academics, and specialized experts from 37 countries.

 Dean of the College of Computer Science and Engineering at Taibah University Dr. Ahmad Shuwail highlighted the importance of MCAIT 2026 in promoting scientific research and international partnerships, as well as showcasing the latest applications of artificial intelligence across various fields.

 In his address, Dean of the Faculty of Information Science and Technology at UKM Professor Shahrul Azman Mohamed Noah said holding the conference outside Malaysia for the first time marks a significant milestone in its history and reflects the strong academic partnership between the two universities. He emphasized the importance of research collaboration and harnessing artificial intelligence technologies to serve people and society.
