ROSHN Group Announces Limited Release in Jeddah’s ALAROUS Community Near MARAFY Water Canal

ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, announced a new release of homes in ALAROUS community in northern Jeddah, located near the 11.4-kilometer MARAFY water canal, one of the major urban projects in the region.
 This release offers a variety of residential units, including townhouses, duplexes, and standalone villas, each developed to the highest quality standards and featuring design elements inspired by the architectural character of western Saudi Arabia. The project spans approximately four million square meters.
