Hajj Ministry, Mobily Sign Agreement to Enhance Pilgrims' Digital Experience

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) have signed a cooperation agreement to enhance the digital experience for pilgrims and visitors to the Kingdom.

 The agreement was signed by Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfig Al-Rabiah and Mobily CEO Eng. Nezar Banabeela. It outlines areas of collaboration focused on improving digital services, advancing the ministry's technical goals, and supporting its broader digital transformation strategy.

 As part of the agreement, Mobily will assess digital infrastructure solutions in line with international best practices to elevate service quality, streamline the performance of rituals, and enrich the overall digital experience of pilgrims and visitors.

 This partnership reflects the ministry's ongoing commitment to engaging the private sector in delivering innovative services that facilitate a seamless and spiritually fulfilling Hajj and Umrah experience.
