Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities, King Salman Park Sign MoU

The Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities (APD) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the King Salman Park Foundation to improve the experience of individuals with disabilities and promote their integration in the areas of inclusion, accessibility, and available services.

 The MoU focuses on ensuring that persons with disabilities can access all park facilities by creating supportive environments. It aims to share experiences and knowledge, improve services for visitors with disabilities, and raise community awareness about their rights. Additionally, it includes cooperation in data sharing and developing joint strategies for current and future initiatives.

 The authority partners with various sectors to support individuals with disabilities and has formed agreements with organizations to improve accessibility. This aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to foster an inclusive society with equal opportunities for all.
