Culture Ministry's 2024 Report Assesses Saudi Cultural Landscape

The Ministry of Culture has released its 2024 report on the state of culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on cultural impact. The report reviews the Saudi cultural movement, detailing its developments, achievements, and challenges over the past year across six chapters: management and conservation, cultural creativity and production, knowledge and skills, cultural participation, creative economy, and cultural impact.
 This edition emphasizes the importance of measuring cultural impact and reviews global practices in this field, highlighting the need for a comprehensive national framework that utilizes both quantitative and qualitative indicators to assess the changes culture brings to individuals and society. This approach moves beyond traditional methods in light of the sector's completed institutional framework.
