HRDF Launches Strategic Initiatives to Train 356 Citizens in EV and Advanced Electronics Sectors

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) signed three employment-linked training agreements on the sidelines of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) General Conference in Riyadh to qualify and empower 356 Saudi citizens with total support exceeding SAR68 million.

The agreements encompass specialized training programs conducted both within the Kingdom and in China, focusing on developing skills in the industrial sector. They aim to support the costs and provide incentives for employment-linked training in the electric vehicle (EV) and advanced electronics industries.

These programs are designed to ensure the quality of training, enhance the readiness of the Saudi workforce, strengthen skills and competitiveness, and empower citizens in key and promising specializations within the labor market.
