Saudi Pavilion Showcases 75 Investment Opportunities at Transport Logistic China 2026
The Saudi pavilion, under the umbrella of the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) and Invest Saudi, launched at Transport Logistic China 2026 in Shanghai. Comprising 25 national entities from the transport, logistics, and investment sectors, the delegation aims to showcase strategic projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and solidify the Kingdom’s position as a global logistics hub connecting three continents.
The first day of the exhibition witnessed the signing of seven memoranda of understanding and agreements between Saudi and Chinese entities to boost trade, technology transfer, and localized industry. Key agreements included a human capital development partnership between NIDLP and Huawei, smart city digital solution development between Elm and SUTPC, and electric mobility collaborations. Additionally, logistics and manufacturing pacts were signed to establish a tire manufacturing plant in the Kingdom.
Complementing the trade deals, the Saudi pavilion hosted specialized workshops and executive meetings highlighting over 75 high-quality investment opportunities. A key workshop titled "Moving Forward," featuring transport and port officials, discussed supply chain resilience, public-private integration, and innovation. The pavilion will continue its activities over the final two days, focusing on bilateral investor meetings and further agreements to enhance the Kingdom’s role in global trade.
