‘Furas’: Digital Portal Unlocks Investment Opportunities across Saudi Cities
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing continues to empower investors to benefit from available opportunities across Saudi cities and governorates through the “Furas” portal, one of the ministry’s leading digital initiatives within the municipal sector.
The portal aims to maximize the utilization of public assets and enhance their operational efficiency in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program. It enables investors to directly access announced opportunities and submit proposals electronically in a transparent and user-friendly manner.
Investment opportunities offered through the portal cover a wide range of sectors across the Kingdom, including agriculture, livestock, industry, commerce, education, environment, finance, public services, healthcare, maintenance and installation, public facilities, sports, entertainment, tourism, transportation, automotive, construction, real estate management, and social activities. The portal also includes unique projects such as water towers, ports, and national parks—reflecting efforts to enhance the attractiveness of Saudi cities and achieve balanced urban and economic development.
The portal provides integrated digital services that simplify the investor’s journey, from exploring opportunities and submitting applications to tracking progress, while allowing access to contracts, ongoing tenders, and smart search tools based on location, activity, and investment type, leading up to electronic contract signing.
