Ministry of Interior, Hadiyah Sign MoU to Enhance Pilgrim Experience

The Ministry of Interior and the Haji and Mu'tamer's Gift Charitable Association (Hadiyah) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) yesterday to enhance the pilgrims’ experience through a range of services, programs, business initiatives, and charitable efforts. The signing took place during the Hajj Media Hub, organized by the Ministry of Media, and held in Makkah from Dhu Al-Hijjah 5 to 8, 1446 AH.

 The MoU aims to enrich the pilgrims’ experience and elevate the quality of their spiritual journey. It includes provisions for offering specialized consultations and guidance on services provided to pilgrims, facilitating access to the holy sites, and showcasing efforts through various media platforms and events.

 The agreement also covers the implementation of community initiatives and cooperation in training and development programs to support service excellence.
