Comprehensive Quran Care System Enhances Worship Experience at Prophet’s Mosque
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque places exceptional importance on the care and preservation of the Holy Quran in the Prophet’s Mosque through a comprehensive system that provides copies in multiple languages and offers digital services enabling visitors of all nationalities to easily access its meanings, thereby enriching the spiritual experience of worshippers.
Specialized field teams carry out continuous, round-the-clock inspections to monitor the condition, arrangement, and availability of Quran copies in their designated locations, ensuring their quality and proper maintenance.
The total number of Qurans available in the Prophet’s Mosque exceeds 155,000 copies, including translations in 52 languages. Additionally, 65 Braille copies have been provided to serve visually impaired visitors, alongside 10,496 specially designed racks for preserving and organizing the Qurans. Together, these efforts contribute to facilitating a deeper understanding of the Quran’s meanings and reinforcing the global message of the Prophet’s Mosque.
