Hajj Season... A New Saudi Achievement Written in Golden Letters
We congratulate ourselves and the Islamic world on the successful Hajj season this year, achieved by the grace of Allah Almighty, followed by the unwavering support of the wise Saudi leadership. We commend the efforts of all those who served the Guests of the Most Merciful, whether in civil or military sectors, who were instrumental in the success of this blessed season.
The Hajj season of 1446 AH witnessed remarkable success, earning widespread praise—a testament to the tremendous efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving the Guests of the Most Merciful. This success is the culmination of strategic planning and early preparations undertaken by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom to ensure the highest levels of service and care for the upcoming Hajj season.
Efforts were distinguished by the removal of all obstacles for pilgrims, making the performance of rituals smooth and secure. Comprehensive services were provided, ranging from transportation and logistics to healthcare and the meticulous organization of pilgrim flows in the holy sites. The Kingdom also harnessed cutting-edge technology to enhance the Hajj experience, such as the launch of the "Nusuk Card," a smart identification document that allows pilgrims to access various services easily and securely, significantly improving service efficiency.
The Kingdom stands as a global model in managing large-scale human gatherings, seamlessly coordinating the movement of millions of pilgrims while maintaining the highest standards of security and safety. This success is no coincidence; it is the result of continuous efforts and meticulous planning, reflecting the Saudi leadership’s commitment to the comfort and safety of the Guests of the Most Merciful.
As this year's Hajj season concludes, the Kingdom has already begun early preparations for the next, striving for further development and improvement. These preparations align with the strategic vision of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud—may God protect him—and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz—may God support him—to ensure the delivery of the finest services.
Among the key initiatives contributing to this year’s success was the "No Hajj Without a Permit" campaign, which aimed to regulate Hajj procedures and prevent violations, ensuring that pilgrims receive the necessary services while adhering to the Islamic conditions of Hajj, particularly the requirement of financial and physical capability. This campaign was widely welcomed, as it helped reduce overcrowding and enhance service quality.
The Kingdom’s efforts extend beyond logistics to encompass all service and humanitarian aspects. From arrival to departure, pilgrims are provided with integrated services, including guidance, medical care, comfortable transportation, and suitable accommodation. The latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, are employed to monitor crowd movements and facilitate pilgrim flows.
The Kingdom is committed to ensuring that pilgrims return home with cherished memories of a safe and spiritually uplifting journey, reflected in the expressions of joy and satisfaction on their faces after completing their rites.
Serving the Two Holy Mosques and the Guests of the Most Merciful is considered a profound honor and a divine blessing for the Kingdom. Since its establishment, Saudi Arabia has dedicated all its resources to serving pilgrims and Umrah performers through advanced infrastructure, robust security systems, and year-round integrated services.
The Kingdom’s efforts cannot be confined to one or two areas, as the Hajj service system is a comprehensive framework combining security, comfort, and excellence, supported by accumulated expertise and effective strategic planning.
We congratulate ourselves and the Islamic world on the success of this year’s Hajj season, made possible by Allah’s grace and the limitless support of the wise Saudi leadership. We extend our deepest gratitude to all those who served the Guests of the Most Merciful, whether in civil or military sectors, whose dedication was pivotal to this season’s success.
We pray to Allah to accept the pilgrims’ Hajj, return them safely to their homelands, and bless the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with continued success in serving Islam and Muslims. We look forward to an even more outstanding and successful Hajj season next year under the ongoing care of our wise leadership.
May Allah protect the Kingdom and its leaders and perpetuate upon it the blessings of security and faith.
From one blessed season to another... Wishing you all the best.
