KSrelief Masam Project Helps Clear 1,139 Explosives in Yemen
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Masam Project successfully dismantled 1,139 explosives across various regions of Yemen during the first week of June.
These included 1,080 unexploded ordnance items, 56 anti-tank mines, two explosive devices, and one anti-personnel mine.
Since the inception of the Masam Project, a total of 498,683 explosives have been removed. They were indiscriminately planted across various areas in Yemen with the intent of inflicting harm on innocent civilians, including children, women, and the elderly.
