Culinary Arts Commission Showcases Saudi Food Culture at SIGEP WORLD 2026 in Italy

The Culinary Arts Commission is participating in the SIGEP WORLD 2026 exhibition, taking place from January 16 to 20 at the Rimini Expo Centre in the Italian city of Rimini.
 Through the “Taste of Saudi Culture” pavilion, the commission offers visitors a distinctive experience that reflects the richness and diversity of Saudi culinary arts.
 The commission’s participation strengthens the Kingdom’s global presence, with SIGEP WORLD recognized as one of the world’s leading international platforms for engaging professionals and industry stakeholders in the confectionery, bakery, coffee, and chocolate sectors.
 During the exhibition, the commission seeks to promote Saudi culinary culture and highlight the Kingdom’s renowned hospitality and diverse cuisine by showcasing a range of national products alongside interactive cultural and culinary experiences.
 The participation also highlights the diversity and deep-rooted authenticity of Saudi cuisine across the Kingdom’s regions, while enhancing the global presence of Saudi crops and food products.
 The pavilion offers a variety of immersive experiences, including the Saudi majlis (traditional gathering) experience, where visitors are welcomed with five varieties of Saudi coffee and dates. This allows guests to explore traditional hospitality practices and the diversity of Saudi products.
 The pavilion will also host interactive workshops demonstrating the integration of traditional culinary methods with modern techniques.
 Through its participation in the exhibition, the commission emphasizes its ongoing commitment to supporting Saudi talent and promoting distinguished national products. It also underscores its efforts to position Saudi culinary arts as a rich cultural element capable of making a strong impact on the international stage.
